This agreement establishes an integrated framework for cooperation between the two parties, allowing Complementary Digital Solutions to benefit from the advanced educational curricula provided by the American Board, which rely on the latest digital technologies and interactive learning platforms in metaverse environments. The agreement was  signed by the American Board of the CEO of the University, Dr. Osama Ahmed Al-Mustafa, while the other party was represented by the Director  of Complementary Digital Solutions  , Mr. Mohammed Rafi Shafiuddin, in the presence of the honorary representative of ZAAD Pro Media,  Mr. Al-Ghamdi, along with Dr. Al-Ghamdi. Intisar Al-Tijani Mustafa, Communication and Academic Partnerships Officer at the American Academic Board in Saudi Arabia, and a number of specialists and those interested in the digital education and modern technologies sector.

Following the signing ceremony, a foundational training course was presented to  the UCMAS team, which aimed to introduce them to the basics of metaverse curricula and the mechanisms of their application in the educational environment, in addition to reviewing the most important digital tools and platforms that will be used in the implementation of future educational programs. An atmosphere of friendliness and cooperation prevailed during the signing and training events, as the two parties expressed their mutual appreciation and keenness to make this ambitious initiative a success, which represents an important step towards developing the digital education system in the Kingdom.

This partnership comes within the framework of efforts aimed at promoting digital transformation in the education sector and raising the quality of educational outcomes through the adoption of the latest technological solutions and technological innovations. This accreditation comes following a comprehensive review of the center’s training programs and educational methodologies, which demonstrated strong alignment with the professional and academic standards adopted by the Board, reflecting a high level of competence and professionalism in delivering training services.

Dr. Osama Al-Mustafa was officially invited, representing US Meta Arees International University, to participate in the upcoming Global Forum on Emerging Technologies, scheduled for April 2026 in the United States. He joins a distinguished group of policymakers, experts, and technologists to discuss emerging AI technologies, workforce transformation, and global innovation strategies.

Dr. Shaikha Salem AlShehhi is considered one of the prominent legal and administrative professionals in the United Arab Emirates, with more than twenty-one years of professional experience in judicial and notarial work.

Dr. Shaikha also holds advanced academic qualifications, including a PhD in Philosophy of Management, in addition to her studies in law, economics, and Islamic Sharia, enabling her to combine legal expertise with administrative and strategic perspectives in developing institutional work environments.

Throughout her professional career, she has contributed to supporting and developing the judicial and notarial work system, in addition to her academic and research participation in the fields of management and institutional development, as well as obtaining several specialized professional certificates in leadership, legal administration, and modern technologies.

Her appointment comes as part of the American Academic Board for Training and Education’s efforts to strengthen cooperation with distinguished Arab legal and administrative professionals and to support the exchange of professional knowledge and expertise, contributing to the development of education and training systems and the enhancement of institutional capacities at both regional and international levels.

Dr. Monkez Al-Akkad expressed his pleasure in this partnership, highlighting the importance of the American Academic Board and its accredited American professional certifications, starting from diplomas to master’s and professional doctorate degrees. He also emphasized the additional advantages the board offers, such as memberships and accreditations for trainers, as well as exclusive professional certifications in Metaverse Driving License and its applications, artificial intelligence, strategic foresight, and other new training and professional disciplines.
