American Board for Training and Education

As part of its mission to advance education, training, and capacity building internationally, and in line with the University’s commitment to sustainable development and supporting refugee communities, the American Academic Board for Training and Education (AAB) of US Meta Arees International University has signed a Strategic Cooperation Protocol with Tomorrow Is Better (TIB) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the American Academic Board, under an official authorization from the University, by Mr. Jamal Hassan Ahmed Hamed, the Board’s Authorized Representative. On behalf of Tomorrow Is Better Organization, the agreement was signed by its Executive Director, Ms. Ebtisam Khalid.

The partnership aims to unite the efforts of both organizations in designing and implementing high-quality educational and training programs for refugees and local communities. The collaboration seeks to enhance skills development, promote lifelong learning opportunities, improve professional competencies, and empower individuals to actively contribute to sustainable development.

The protocol also includes cooperation in the development and delivery of professional courses and training programs, the organization of joint initiatives, the exchange of expertise, and the launch of educational and development projects that support the most vulnerable communities, in accordance with international academic standards and best practices.

US Meta Arees International University emphasized that this agreement reflects its strategic vision to expand its global network of partnerships with institutions and organizations that generate meaningful social impact. Through such collaborations, the University aims to strengthen its role in providing innovative educational solutions, supporting humanitarian and development initiatives, and reinforcing its commitment to social responsibility at both the regional and international levels.

This partnership demonstrates the commitment of both parties to establishing a sustainable model of cooperation that contributes to the development of human capital and provides high-quality education and training opportunities for the targeted communities, in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the promotion of a culture of lifelong learning.
